Job Description : Arogyamitra Profile ( Help Desk Executive)

1. Maintaining and updating the Help desk at Reception of the Network Hospital.
2. Verifying the Card and Register online all the patients coming to Network Hospital and handover the Registration form to the patient.
3. If the patient is considered to be admitted in the hospital, an in-patient card has to be filled by Mithra and the same has to be kept in the patient records.
4. Mithra should follow up if hospital is delaying surgery after preauth approval and they should escalate the issue to District Coordinator / District Head immediately.
5. Arogyamitra should keep a track of procedure, maintain previous records, current diagnosis and update the same in patient records. 
6. Reporting Total number of Inpatients /Out Patients, Surgeries/Discharges on date and preauthorization’s sent for approval/pending/rejected at different levels and Total number of In Patients on bed.
